1-Year Limited Warranty

At TOTLYLGL, we stand behind the quality, engineering, and craftsmanship of our products. Every item we design and manufacture is built with performance, fitment, and durability in mind.

All TOTLYLGL products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for the original purchaser, beginning on the original date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

If a product is determined by TOTLYLGL to have a manufacturing defect within the 1-year warranty period, we may, at our discretion:

- Repair the product

- Provide a replacement

- Offer an exchange for an equivalent item

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or issues resulting from:

- Improper installation or misuse

- Accidents, impact damage, or road debris

- Normal wear and tear

- Cosmetic damage occurring after installation

- Modifications, alterations, or custom changes to the product

- Use outside of the product’s intended application

- Damage caused by improper tuning, engine failure, or other vehicle component failures

- Labor costs for installation, removal, or reinstallation

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photos showing the problem

- Proof of purchase

Providing detailed information helps us review and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by TOTLYLGL. We may require the return of the product for further evaluation before issuing a repair, replacement, or exchange.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims unless otherwise agreed upon after inspection.

Limitations of Liability

TOTLYLGL’s responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or exchange of the product as described above.

TOTLYLGL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or performance of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle downtime, labor charges, loss of use, or other related expenses.
