Product Overview
Developing this catless downpipe was a true engineering challenge for the TOTLYLGL team. Our goal was to create a downpipe that delivers maximum performance without sacrificing OEM-like fitment, durability, or refinement.
This downpipe was designed to match the dimensions and routing of the original OEM downpipe, ensuring proper clearance and seamless installation. Thick wall construction was used to eliminate unwanted ringing and resonance, resulting in a more refined sound.
Most importantly, this downpipe was personally installed and tested on TOTLYLGL's car, allowing us to verify real-world fitment, clearance, heat management, and overall performance. Every detail was refined with daily driving, spirited runs, and track use in mind.
Construction & Performance
Built from premium 304 stainless steel with a 2mm wall thickness, this downpipe is engineered to withstand extreme heat cycles, vibration, and aggressive driving without cracking, warping, or degrading over time. The included heat shield helps reduce underbody temperatures and protects surrounding components from excessive radiant heat.
This is a true bolt-on performance upgrade that improves exhaust flow, reduces back pressure, and enhances turbo response—while delivering a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note. Whether you’re daily driving or pushing the car hard, this downpipe is built to perform reliably.
Note: All sound clips and videos were recorded using a 3-inch stainless steel exhaust system with no resonators.

Installed this pipe 6,000 km ago on my daily driver and put it through everything, cold starts, highway pulls, track days. Zero leaks, zero cracks, zero issues.
Kit came complete with gaskets, OEM Honda turbo hardware, and new bolts at the front pipe connection. No trips to the hardware store, no surprises. Install was straightforward.
The catless tone is exactly what you want, aggressive without being obnoxious. And yeah, the smell is there, but that's the deal with catless and I wouldn't trade it.
